Just as a little intro: I went to see District 9 last night, and I have to say it was really good for an alien movie. I would recommend everyone to go see it. It's pretty gory.. (just for an idea, people get blown up into blood-splats/pink mist alot) but if you can stomach it, it's such a good movie. I personally think the aliens/Prawns are cute.

Anywho, now that we're done with that, I wanna apologize. I feel like such a horrible person for being unable to dish out chapters quick enough, or even finish a story three years in the making (Pariah.. ._. ) and I don't even know if I have fans still out there. But if you are a fan, and you are reading my work, I thank you so much for sticking with me.

Being a college girl now keeps me so busy, but I promise you that I am once again getting depressed, which is good for you all because it's my inspiration to write!

I came up with Pariah's plot almost three years ago, and it's been so hard to finish it up, because I loved it so much, I thought about it too much! and wore myself out! But I promise you, Pariah only has about 4-6 chapters left, and I want to make sure I wrap their beautiful story up. Beautiful? Is it? I dunno. LOL

Also, I decided to abandon Pariah II, because I see what people say about sequels, and how it would've been good enough as is, and I believe that Pariah has held it's own, so I will not continue on with it's sequel. (This means, if I have told you the ending to Pariah, then it has somewhat changed to be wrapped up air tight.)

Let's see, what else.. I'm still working on Marionette, and finally figured out the plotline down to the last thread, so I will finish up Chapter 6 - True Selves soon, and hopefully continue on in a steady pace.

I updated the archive, with all of the Emergence short stories, and Marionette chapters all posted up.

Also, while I have some money floating around, I wanted to know if there is an artist out there willing to draw several characters (full body or waist up) in a group photo, or singular characters for a decent price! Maybe a group package deal if I order like 3+?

I has the money, I just need to hear reasonable offers!

Pariah :

"This is comin' along wonderfully. The way the characters are portrayed is very well done; they each have their own seperate identities that both clash with and compliment one another. The relationships between each of the characters is developin' quite interestin'ly. And some of the lines have my snickerin' so much that my family is givin' me odd looks. Such as:

“There’s also a smartass in chains, making witty remarks when he’s in no position to.” - Kendal is fast becomin' a favourite character. He has no-nonsense, down-to-earth persona that leaves no room for arguements, and he's not above defendin' what or who he cares for. That's not easy to find in a pesron.

“But what about me? I’m cute, too.” - Might act all tough, but Roarke's still like any other child. Ever seen TMNT? If so, then he reminds me a little of Raphael, minus the language. Cheeky little bugger. ^^

“They do, but as you can see, Tobias and Seth aren’t normal.” - I don't know what, but somethin' about Vincent always makes me crack up. Not the effect you were lookin' for, huh? I like this tough and uncarin' attitude he seems to have. Is he a big softy underneath? Maybe not...

“That’s how I greet all my friends.” - . . . I feel so sorry for his enemies. Tobias is my favourite of your characters. He's still like a child, no matter how old he is, but he can act serious when it is needed. It'll be interestin' to find out some more about his past.

All in all, this story is as well-written as Eternal, though please take no offence when I add that it has a better storyline than Eternal. Great characterisation, wonderful plot, a definite A+ for the layout of the story. And I really can't think of what else to say other than:

PARIAH

ARCHAIC

I haven't had time to write a proper introduction to this story, but I will update with one soon.

This story is basically about a group of teenage students who have been drafted into a military institute called the Archay Academy. It trains it's students to be Arcadian pilots and be shipped off to war after they graduate four years. It mainly follows Milo, a humble orphan who seeks revenge on a rival kingdom after his hometown is destroyed by an enemy tactical invasion. Although the Archay Academy is praised for dishing out the best pilots, having high-ranking trainers, scientists, and doctors, the Archay is not all it seems as Milo begins to unravel deadly secrets behind the much feared, mechanical Requiems.
