As you know, I was extremely excited and dishing out Marionette chapters like pancakes on a Saturday morning just last month, and then they suddenly just stopped!

Well, unfortunately, the next chapter is when the plot starts picking up and I realized there were some MAJOR flaws in the main character, Claire Dumont. It wasn't until I got to chapter four that I hadn't decided on what exactly her character would do to achieve the main goal in the plotline. So it is on hiatus while I sort a few flaws, which highly impacts the storyline.

The past few months, mostly during the most stressful weeks of my last few months of high school, I started having these romantic, sad, and sometimes arousing dreams about this thing called Emergence. There are always two characters who are soulmates that are destined to be together. They can be complete strangers, but the instant they touch or connect in their unique way, they fall into this dreamlike state called Emergence and are able to hear, feel, and see thoughts and memories of their soulmate.

So each dream I would have, there would be soulmates in some sort of conflict in a world of their own, which wasn't always explained to me by my own dreams, so I was able to have some fun with them, too.

I've written 3 Emergence short stories so far, though I'm still working on the second half of the Ginger and Blue story.

Pariah :

"This is comin' along wonderfully. The way the characters are portrayed is very well done; they each have their own seperate identities that both clash with and compliment one another. The relationships between each of the characters is developin' quite interestin'ly. And some of the lines have my snickerin' so much that my family is givin' me odd looks. Such as:

“There’s also a smartass in chains, making witty remarks when he’s in no position to.” - Kendal is fast becomin' a favourite character. He has no-nonsense, down-to-earth persona that leaves no room for arguements, and he's not above defendin' what or who he cares for. That's not easy to find in a pesron.

“But what about me? I’m cute, too.” - Might act all tough, but Roarke's still like any other child. Ever seen TMNT? If so, then he reminds me a little of Raphael, minus the language. Cheeky little bugger. ^^

“They do, but as you can see, Tobias and Seth aren’t normal.” - I don't know what, but somethin' about Vincent always makes me crack up. Not the effect you were lookin' for, huh? I like this tough and uncarin' attitude he seems to have. Is he a big softy underneath? Maybe not...

“That’s how I greet all my friends.” - . . . I feel so sorry for his enemies. Tobias is my favourite of your characters. He's still like a child, no matter how old he is, but he can act serious when it is needed. It'll be interestin' to find out some more about his past.

All in all, this story is as well-written as Eternal, though please take no offence when I add that it has a better storyline than Eternal. Great characterisation, wonderful plot, a definite A+ for the layout of the story. And I really can't think of what else to say other than:

PARIAH

ARCHAIC

This story is basically about a group of teenage students who have been drafted into a military institute called the Archay Academy. It trains it's students to be Arcadian pilots and be shipped off to war after they graduate four years. It mainly follows Milo, a humble orphan who seeks revenge on a rival kingdom after his hometown is destroyed by an enemy tactical invasion. Although the Archay Academy is praised for dishing out the best pilots, having high-ranking trainers, scientists, and doctors, the Archay is not all it seems as Milo begins to unravel deadly secrets behind the much feared, mechanical Requiems.

DRAKENGARD: SEALS OF FATE

I love the Drakengard series so much, I decided to make it my first fanfic. I would like to note that I will do my best to stick to the Drakengard storylines, histories, and the way of its world.

This fanfic takes place after Drakengard 2, hundreds of years after Nowe, the first dragon child, sealed the world with the goddess Eris.

For those of you who have never played Drakengard or Drakengard 2, I know you’ll probably be confused, so you can look to Wikipedia for the entire plotlines of both games, or you can just ride the waves and make guesses, although I’ll make plenty of explanations and flashbacks to the other two games.

I want to apologize now, for the twist I’ve added in about the Seals, and I’m sure only hardcore Drakengard fans will really take notice. I know the twist will make the plotlines with the Seals slightly more interesting, and will probably seem more like an adaptation over the years rather than a whole new setup.
